The word Yoga comes from Sanskrit meaning to yolk, to join or union. The practice is documented as far back as 5000 years ago.
Through meditation, breathwork, stretching and a series of postures, regular practice is intended to bring you to your true self and inner higher being. To become a conscious being - one who is enlightened.
